PhotoLabs FaceSwap AI Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

FaceSwap AI enables users to upload videos or images to swap faces seamlessly using our AI-powered technology. Generated content ("Output") is based on your media and our AI models.

The Service is intended strictly for legal, ethical, and creative purposes. Unauthorized or harmful uses, such as swapping faces of individuals without consent or creating deceptive content, are strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your inputs and use of the Service. You agree that you will not:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
• Create non-consensual or deceptive face swap material.
• Impersonate individuals without their consent.
• Infringe any copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights.
• Mislead viewers with outputs claiming to depict real events or people.
• Attempt to exploit, copy, or reverse-engineer the Service.

4. Consent & Likeness

You are responsible for obtaining permissions for any likeness, voice, or identity used in the Service. Unauthorized use may lead to account suspension and legal action. You may request removal of any content depicting your likeness by contacting support.faceswap@photolabs.dev.

5. Ownership of Content

Your Inputs: You retain ownership of uploaded media. You grant PhotoLabs a license to process and deliver outputs.

Generated Outputs: You may use outputs for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not resell outputs as standalone products or misrepresent them as real.

PhotoLabs Technology: All rights to the Service, software, and AI models remain with PhotoLabs.

6. Data Retention & Privacy

7. Payments & Refunds

Paid features, subscriptions, or API usage fees are non-refundable. Billing disputes must be reported within 14 days by contacting support.faceswap@photolabs.dev.

Outputs are provided "as is" and may not reflect reality. PhotoLabs disclaims warranties on accuracy, fitness for purpose, or reliability.

9. Intellectual Property & DMCA

Do not upload or generate content infringing the rights of others. To report copyright violations, contact support.faceswap@photolabs.dev with required DMCA information.

10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

The Service and outputs are provided without warranties. PhotoLabs is not liable for damages arising from your use. You agree to indemnify PhotoLabs for any claims resulting from your actions.

11. Modifications & Termination

PhotoLabs may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service or your account at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of updated Terms.
